Even though the owners of Samsung GALAXY S3 are currently still having a great time with themselves, I mean, with their phones, the arrival of Android Jelly Bean to this device no doubt will be more than welcome by the users. Recently, according to Android Central, the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is expected to roll out for Samsung GALAXY S3 devices allegedly around or after August 29th. Unfortunately, for those using the other variants, you must be a bit patient because this Jelly Bean updates will only be available for the International model of Samsung GALAXY S3.

Still according to the same source, after the Samsung Unpacked event that will be held on August 29th is finally wrapped up, it’s believed that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will start chiming for Samsung GALAXY S3 all across the world, including the UK.

The update itself comes with some significant improvements than the predecessor, the Ice Cream Sandwich.

Besides the standard features that you’ve already seen before on Android Jelly Bean-equipped devices, the update for Samsung GALAXY S3 will also come with some distinctive features for the this device. For example is the new “dormant mode” that gives enhancements to alerts and notifications on the GALAXY S3. The other mode called “easy mode”, as its name says, will provide much easier homescreen functionality.

So if you’re currently holding the International version of Samsung GALAXY S3 and you already feel bored with the Ice Cream Sandwich experience, then be sure to upgrade your phone to this Jelly Bean with it finally rolls out to the public in the near weeks.
