Android 4.1 for HTC One XL,One S

HTC is preparing the Android 4.1 update but has yet to confirm a date in which it will be sent to Telstra for testing HTC said "we are excited about Android Jelly Bean and are planning to support it across a variety of our devices. We are reviewing the software to determine our upgrade plans and schedule, so please stay tuned for more updates on specific device upgrade plans."
CNET contacted HTC for comment and will update the story when we get more information.


Jelly Bean is slowing trickling out into the Android landscape. Google announced last week that its various Nexus devices could receive the Android 4.1 update as of July 10. The company's new Nexus 7 tablet automatically comes with the new Android flavor out of the box.
