chief patron of JCST appointed by Kalam

ranchi: principal scientific advisor to the prime minister dr a p j abdul kalam has been appointed chief patron of the jharkhand council of science and technology (jcst). the jharkhand government notified his appointment after kalam accepted invitation by the state science and technology minister to become the chief patron of jcst. stating this at a press conference here today, jharkhand science and technology minister samresh singh said, "under the able guidance of dr kalam, jcst would certainly achieve its goals."
